QUETTA: In a devastating development, another Congo patient, 33-year-old Sanaullah, passed away at Fatima Jinnah Hospital in Quetta, bringing the total from Congo virus deaths for this year to 16.

Sanaullah, a resident of the Sariab Road area of Quetta, succumbed to the virus, increasing the total number of those affected to 44.

This tragic incident underscores the ongoing battle against the virus, which has posed significant challenges for the healthcare system in Quetta. Local authorities and healthcare professionals continue their efforts to contain the spread of the virus and provide adequate care for those affected.

Sanaullah’s passing serves as a somber reminder of the importance of adhering to safety measures and getting vaccinated to protect both individuals and the broader community.
