Quetta, November 13, 2024: Police have arrested 128 students after a violent clash erupted between two groups at Bolan Medical College, reportedly over ethnic and linguistic differences. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Quetta, Mohammad Baloo, confirmed that 10 students sustained injuries in the altercation.

Following the incident, the college administration announced a two-week closure of the institution, evacuating students from the hostels to prevent further escalation. Authorities are conducting investigations to identify those responsible and address underlying tensions. This incident has sparked widespread concern about maintaining peace and unity among students in educational institutions.
