Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) central leader Naeem ul Haq died of cancer disease in Karachi on Saturday evening. Naeem ul Haq was suffering from cancer disease and was admitted in a hospital in Karachi.

PTI sources confirmed his death and said the party stalwart was 70 years old. Late Haq was a close aide of Prime Minister Imran Khan and served as central information secretary of the ruling party. Naeem ul Haq was considered to be one of the ideologues of ruling PTI and remained part  of  major policy making within the party.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, federal minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed and other high level political leaders expressed grief and sorrows over the demise of Naeem ul Haq.
