Bayazeed Khan Kharoti, a social media activist from Quetta, was arrested from Samungli Road.
However, the spokesperson for the Balochistan government, Shahid Rind, clarified that the arrest was not carried out by the provincial government or any of its subordinate institutions.
It is important to mention that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Wing had previously summoned Bayazeed Khan Kharoti for questioning a few months ago.
