Education Desk:

The Balochistan Education Department has officially announced a short summer break for schools located in the province’s cold zones.

According to a notification issued by the department, all educational institutions in these colder regions will observe summer holidays from July 22 to August 1, 2025.

Officials said the decision was made in consideration of rising temperatures, ensuring the well-being of students and school staff during the warmer days. Although these areas usually experience cooler weather compared to other parts of the province, this break has been scheduled to provide relief from seasonal heatwaves.

The Education Department has instructed all schools in the designated cold zones to strictly follow the holiday schedule. Normal classes will resume after August 1.
