Khuzdar, July 27 – In a tragic incident reported from the Sor Guz area of Khuzdar, police recovered the bodies of three men from a location along the M8 National Highway on Saturday morning.
According to initial police reports, all three victims appeared to have been shot dead. The deceased were later identified as Dr. Abdul Majeed Mengal, Atta ur Rehman Daulatkhanzai, and Mumtaz Ahmed Daulatkhanzai — all reportedly residents of Khuzdar.
Emergency services transported the bodies to the Teaching Hospital Khuzdar via Edhi ambulance, where necessary legal procedures are being carried out. Hospital authorities confirmed that the victims had sustained gunshot wounds.
Law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area and begun collecting forensic evidence from the crime scene. Police officials stated that investigations are underway to determine the motive and circumstances surrounding the killings.
The incident has sparked concern among local residents, with many calling for a thorough investigation and improved security measures along key highways in the region.
