Justice Kamran Mullakhail has been appointed as the acting Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court following the issuance of an official notification by the Ministry of Law.

According to the notification, Justice Mullakhail will serve as the acting Chief Justice until the appointment of a permanent Chief Justice. His elevation comes to ensure continuity in the judicial and administrative functions of the court.

Justice Mullakhail, one of the senior-most judges of the Balochistan High Court, is widely regarded for his experience in constitutional, civil and judicial matters. Court officials said his appointment will help maintain a smooth judicial process during the interim period.

The Ministry of Law has forwarded the notification to all relevant departments, and Justice Mullakhail is expected to assume his additional responsibilities immediately.
