SIBI — A powerful explosion near Chainak Chowk in Sibi left one person dead and two others injured on Wednesday, according to officials.
Rescue teams quickly transported the victims to Teaching Hospital Sibi for medical treatment. Doctors said the injured are being provided emergency care.
Police and security forces reached the scene immediately and cordoned off the area to begin an investigation. Authorities are trying to determine the cause of the blast and identify those responsible.
Eyewitnesses described moments of panic as people rushed for safety after the explosion.
