Quetta : Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) has announced a revised grading formula for SSC (Matric) and HSSC (Intermediate) examinations. The updated grading policy has been endorsed by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) and approved by the Government of Balochistan – Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department.

The new grading system will apply to students appearing in 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th class examinations under BBISE. Officials stated that the revised formula aims to standardize assessment criteria, improve transparency in results, and align Balochistan’s board exams with national education standards.

Students and schools have been advised to review the updated grading criteria to understand changes in marks distribution, grade calculation, and overall result evaluation.
