Web Desk: Inspector General of Police Balochistan, Muhammad Tahir, emphasized that the cooperation of all sections of society alongside law enforcement agencies is vital for the province’s development and the improvement of law and order.

 

He made these remarks during a meeting at the Central Police Office with a delegation led by President of Anjuman Tajran Balochistan, Rahim Agha, and Chairman of Balochistan Hotel Association, Haji Salam. The delegation included General Secretary Haji Samar Hassan Mandokhel, Malik Fazal Kakar, Haji Ismail Agha, Malik Abdul Jabbar Kasi, Haji Dawood Khilji, Hafiz Saleem, Noorul Haq Ishaqzai, Naseer Ahmed, and Khalil Ahmed. Senior police officials DIG Quetta Imran Shaukat, DIG Special Branch Muhammad Tahir Alauddin, and AIG Operations Naveed Alam were also present.

 

IG Tahir highlighted that strong collaboration between the police and the business community ensures stability, economic growth, and swift resolution of emerging challenges. He noted that prosperity in trade and industry is directly linked to peace and order in the province.

 

On the occasion, Rahim Agha and representatives of the Hotel Association reaffirmed their commitment to cooperate fully with the police. They stressed that the business community has consistently supported law enforcement during religious festivals and other occasions, playing a key role as the backbone of Balochistan’s economy. They pledged to continue contributing to peace, development, and stability even in difficult times.
