Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti finalized the extensive security strategy during a high-level review meeting attended by top civil and military officials on Monday.
The provincial Home Department briefed the Chief Minister on the current threat matrix, revealing that 11 districts have been classified as highly sensitive, while 6 districts are marked as sensitive. What are the Security Arrangements for Muharram?
The provincial government is deploying a multi-layered security blanket across Balochistan. Key measures include:

Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Special monitoring cells to track and curb provocative speeches or sectarian content, both on the ground and across social media platforms.
”Protecting the lives and property of our citizens is the state’s ultimate responsibility,” Chief Minister Bugti emphasized. “Anyone attempting to disrupt peace or fan the flames of intolerance will be dealt with strictly according to the law.”
