QUETTA: Tragic news has emerged from Balochistan, where a young man belonging to the Hazara community was killed and two others were critically injured after unidentified gunmen opened fire on their group in the suburbs of Quetta.
​According to official sources, six young men from Hazara Town (Khaliqabad), Quetta, were returning home after spending the day on a picnic in the Bolan area when they were ambushed. The attackers launched an indiscriminate barrage of gunfire, killing one youth—identified as Mustafa, son of Nader Ali—on the spot and severely injuring two of his companions. Emergency responders quickly moved the deceased and the injured to a local hospital for urgent medical care and necessary legal procedures.
​In a separate development, local authorities recovered three unidentified bodies in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan.

Police sources reported that the remains are being shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Khuzdar for postmortem examinations and identification. Law enforcement officers have cordoned off the location and launched a full investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
