Syed Muhammad Waseem: A blast damaged a six-foot section of railway track in Balochistan’s Bolan district, disrupting train operations, police said.

The explosion occurred within the jurisdiction of Bala Nari police station, where unidentified individuals had planted explosives on the railway track, according to police.

The blast damaged around six feet of track and forced the suspension of train services in the area. No casualties were reported.

Police and security forces reached the site soon after the explosion and launched an investigation. Security personnel also began further checks in the surrounding area.

The incident caused disruption to railway traffic in Bolan, a key rail route connecting Balochistan with other parts of Pakistan.
