QUETTA: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has increased MBBS and BDS seats, along with scholarship opportunities, under the Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA Undergraduate Scholarship Programme for Batch-IV, providing additional opportunities for students aspiring to pursue higher education.

The increase is expected to benefit eligible students from Balochistan and erstwhile Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) during the current academic session.

According to the expected timeline, the placement list for Batch-IV is likely to be uploaded within the next three to four weeks. Students will be able to check their placement status and other relevant details once the list is officially published.

The scholarship programme aims to support talented students from Balochistan and erstwhile FATA in pursuing higher education, including professional degree programmes such as MBBS and BDS.

Students have been advised to keep checking official HEC announcements for updates regarding the Batch-IV placement list, scholarship allocation, medical and dental college seats, and further admission procedures.

The expected release of the placement list is likely to be an important development for scholarship applicants awaiting confirmation of their placements for the current academic session.
