Rallies across Balochistan in solidarity with oppressed Kashmiris

Political parties, civil society, and various organizations have taken out rallies in the support of oppressed Kashmiris across Balochistan. The people expressed solidarity with oppressed Kashmiris and condemned Indian atrocities in the occupied valley.

Rallies were taken out in Quetta, Mastung, Gwadar, Harnai, Khuzdar, Barkhan, Kharan, Pishin, and various parts of Balochistan in solidarity with Kashmiris.

PM Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi condemend India oppression 

Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi in their messages today condemned the oppression of Indian forces in occupied Kashmir and called upon the international community to play its part in ensuring that the residents of the region are granted the right to self-determination.

“Denial of this right and subjugation of Kashmiris is the very negation of human dignity,” Radio Pakistan quoted the president as saying.

President Alvi further said that the “demographic apartheid” in occupied Kashmir, under which the “Kashmiris’ majority is being turned into a minority”, is a violation of the international law.

Main public meeting held in Quetta 

In Quetta, rallies were taken out in various parts of the city. Main public meeting held in the Balochistan Assembly premises to condemn the Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir. Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan vowed to support the Kashmiri people in this hour of trial.

“We will continue to raise voice against Indian oppression”, he said. Provincial ministers, political leaders, members of civil society and people belonging to various walks of life particpated in the public meeting.

Protesters were carrying Kashmir flags 

The protesters were waving Kashmir flags during the public meeting and chanted slogans against Indian atrocities.

Harnai: A function held at government boys model high school to express solidarity with Kashmiris. Teachers and students lashed out at Indian government for gross human rights violation in Kashmir.

Mastung: A protest rally was taken out in the city. The participants of the rally gathered at district complex Mastung where the speakers storngly criticized the Indian govrenment. Deputy Commissioner Mastung, Mehbood Ahmed and others addressed the rally.

Motorcycle rally taken out in Kohlu 

Kohlu: A motorcycle rally taken out in the city to express solidarity with Kashmiris. Youngsters on motorcycles were waving Kashmir flag and chanting slogans against Indian aggression.

Barkhan: The Deputy Commissioner Qurban Magsi addressed a protest rally and apprised the particpants about the Indian atrocities in the occupied valley.
