In Balochistan, five fresh cases of novel coronavirus have been confirmed on Saturday evening. According to the directorate  of health services Balochistan, five cases have been confirmed and total number of cases has risen to 138. Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus globally, one person has died of the virus in the province so far.

Two persons have recovered in Balochistan and discharged from Sheikh Zayed hospital Quetta.

“Results of 276 suspected patients are still awaiting”, said in a daily situation report shared by the health directorate.

The Balochistan government has declared emergency to cope with the situation developed in the aftermath of outbreak of coronavirus.

Lockdown is being practiced in Quetta and all parts of Balochistan to halt the spread of the deadly virus, which has claimed 12 lives across Pakistan and over 27,000 deaths globally. With most of the deaths from Italy, China, the US and other countries of the globe.
