Prime Minister, Imran Khan on Thursday said that the death rate regarding the novel coronavirus was lower than earlier feared.

Speaking about the Covid-19 situation in the country in Islamabad, the premier added that he had “thought that our intensive care units (ICUs) would be filled by now but that is not the case”.

The Premier stated that the government was determined to support the masses in this hour of trial. The government was utilizing all available resources to cope with the situation developed in the aftermath of the outbreak of coronavirus.
