Over 2,700 patients of the novel coronavirus have recovered in Balochistan since the outbreak of the pandemic. The Corona Cell Balochistan confirmed 193 new cases of the deadly virus as the tally reached 7,866 in the province.

Most of the patients have recovered from the virus at their homes in isolation. Patients with mild-symptoms quarantined themselves at homes and defeated the virus, Waseem Baig, the Spokesman Corona Cell told the daily Quetta Voice.

The virus has so far claimed 80 lives in the province. Balochistan health department has conducted over 36,000 tests of the COVID19 since the outbreak of the pandemic in the province.

Cases appear to be on a constant rise in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan. Pishin, Jaffarabad, Killa Abdullah and Killa Saifullah have been hit hard by the virus tha continues to spread in the province. So far 30 out of a total 33 districts of Balochistan have been affected by the virus.
