The Balochistan Assembly strongly condemned the terrorist attack at Karachi Stock Exchange on Monday morning. All four terrorists were killed whereas, on police sub-inspector and three security guards embraced martyrdom during the attack.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan strongly condemned the terrorist attack and appreciated timely response by security forces to neutralize the terrorists. “Terrorists cannot get their nefarious designs achieved through such attacks”, the Chief Minister stated. In a separate statement, the Governor Balochistan, Justice (R) Amanullah Khan Yaseenzai also condemned the incident and vowed that the perpetrators would be brought to book.

Provincial minister food, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran also condemned the KSE terrorist attack. Mr. Khetran said that police and security forces laid down their lives to foil nefarious designs of terrorists trying to storm inside the KSC building.

The Chief Minister thus mentioned that the terrorist attack was aimed at causing damage to the financial hub of the country. Spokesman government of Balochistan, Liaquat Shahwani also strongly condemned the terrorist attack and termed it an attempt to disturb the financial hub of the country.

Other treasury and opposition members also condemned the terror attack and termed it a conspiracy against the financial hub of the country. The members however prayed for the departed souls of police and security guards who embraced martyrdom during the attack.
