Asfandyar Khan posted as commissioner Quetta division

QUETTA: The government of Balochistan has appointed Asfandyar Khan Kakar as the Commissioner Quetta Division on Wednesday. Outgoing commissioner Quetta division, Osman Ali Khan directed to report to the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD).
The S&GAD issued a notification in this regard.
Asfandyar Khan has served as a joint secretary in the Prime Minister’s Secretariat. The federal government has transferred Mr. Kakar’s services to the Government of Balochistan a month ago. Mr. Kakar is considered to be one of the senior and dynamic officers of Balochistan.
He has also served as the chief of the Global Partnership project in the education department Balochistan. Under the Global Partnership Project, thousands of schools constructed and made functional under his supervision with the appointment of male and female teachers to improve the quality of education and enroll out of school children in the province.
