Pak-Afghan border: Committee formed to resolve local laborers issues

The Balochistan government has formed a five-member committee to resolve issues of local laborers at Pak-Afghan border Chaman on Monday. Home Minister Balochistan, Mir Ziaullah Langove would lead the committee that would prepare recommendations for addressing the grievances of laborers.
Home department Balochistan issued a notification in this regard. According to the notification, the provincial ministers Zamarak Achakzai, Noor Muhammad Dummar, MPA Asghar Achakzai, and Senator Manzoor Kakar would be members of the committee.

The committee has been formed to meet local laborers and tribal elders to prepare recommendations about the uninterrupted movement of the people at the border.
The committee would prepare recommendations to address the border issues on a long-term basis. Daily thousands of people pass through the friendship gate at the Pak-Afghan border Chaman. The government has established this committee following recent untoward incidents at the border.
