Quetta court awards 3 years RI to an accused of molesting a child

A Quetta court has awarded 3 years of rigorous imprisonment to an accused of trying to molest a child. District and Session Judge Quetta, Muhammad Dawood Nasar has awarded imprisonment to the accused for trying to molest an 11-year old child in Quetta city. The court also fined the accused Rs. 25,000.

The accused Abdul Hakeem had tried to subject an 11-year old minor boy to sexual harassment. Quetta police had registered a case on behalf of the father of the minor boy against the accused.

If the accused failed to deposit the fine amount, then, he would face another year in prison, the Judge ordered.
