Session judge Quetta convicts a child rapist to 10 years RI

District and Session Judge Quetta, Dawood Khan Nasar had convinced a child rapist to 10 years rigorous imprisonment. According to the prosecution, the accused Hasnain Abbas had subjected an eight-year-old boy to sexual abuse in the jurisdiction of the civil line police station.
A case was registered against the accused on June 24, 2021, in the civil line police station jurisdiction. Police had arrested the accused involved in the sexual abuse case soon after the registration of the case. The judge announced the judgment and convicted the accused to 10 years RI. The court also fined the accused Rs. 2 lakh. In the case of non-payment of the fine, the accused has to face one-year extra jail.
Police shifted the accused to jail after the announcement of the judgment.
