Quetta videos scandal: location of missing girls traced in Kabul: Fida Hassan

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Quetta, Syed Fida Hassan Shah has revealed that the location of missing girls has been traced in Kabul. Speaking at a news conference on Thursday, he said the investigation was underway and the location of the girls was traced in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.

DIG’s revelation has come after the arrest of key accused Hidayat Khilji involved in rapping and filming of girls in Quetta. Police have also detained the brother of the main accused. Two girls reportedly went missing from Quetta.

“No political pressure, we will successfully punish the culprits”, Mr. Shah told reporters. Other senior police officials flanked him on the occasion. Efforts are on to ensure the unhurt recovery of the missing girls.

Fida Hassan Shah stated that the laptop, mobile, and other devices were recovered from the possession of the accused. The services of forensic experts also sought to investigate the devices.

The DIG Police stated that police were also conducting raids to apprehend the third accused involved in making nude videos of girls. “I am personally monitoring the case”, he informed. He said a strong case would be prepared to ensure exemplary punishment of the gang behind these acts.
