PIA launches flights from Quetta to Dubai

Pakistan International Airline (PIA) launched flights from Quetta to Dubai on Monday morning. Deputy Speaker National Assembly, Qasim Khan Suri witnessed the inaugural ceremony of PIA flights from Quetta to Dubai.
Speaking on the occasion, Qasim Suri said this service was one of the long-standing demands of the people of Balochistan. “This will end the sufferings of people”, Mr. Suri said.
The Deputy Speaker said addressing the grievances of the masses of Balochistan. He said the government was taking steps to improve the performance of PIA. He stated that the Quetta runway was widened to provide space for big planes at Quetta international airport.

The people of Balochistan heaved a sigh of relief after the launching of direct flights from Quetta to Dubai. They termed it an effective step for the socio-economic development of Balochistan.
