Six of a family died in a traffic accident in Balochistan’s Sorab area on Sunday morning. Levies sources said women and children are also among the dead. The incident happened when a car collided with a trailer coming from the opposite side.

The Head of the family was identified as Mir Anwar Badini who died along with family members in the deadly traffic accident. He was coming to Quetta from Karachi when the tragedy occurred.

Quetta-Karachi highway, which is commonly called “Killer Highway” has claimed thousands of precious human lives during the last few years. Such incidents have become the order of the day on the route linking Balochistan with Sindh province.

Narrow road coupled with reckless driving is causing most of the traffic accidents on the highway.
