PM Shehbaz Sharif arrives in Quetta, reviews law and order situation

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Quetta on his maiden visit after assuming the charge of the Prime Minister’s office. Balochistan National Party (BNP) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal, federal ministers, Maulana Asad Mehmood, Ahsan Iqbal, and others accompanied the Prime Minister during his visit.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo, acting Governor Jan Muhammad Jamali received the premier at Quetta airport. The premier also chaired a high-level meeting about the law and order situation.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo, acting Governor Jan Muhammad Jamali, Commander 12-Corps, Lieutenant General Sarfaraz Ali, federal ministers, chief secretary and other high ups participated in the meeting.

The PM was thoroughly briefed about the law and order situation in the province and the steps taken by the law enforcement agencies.
