Court admits petition against 28 coordinators to CM Balochistan

Appointment of 27 coordinators and 2 interpreters of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddoos Bizenjo challenged in Balochistan High Court (BHC). Advocate Sadiq Khilji challenged the appointments in BHC.

CM Balochistan, Chief Secretary, Spokesman, and coordinators have been made parties in the petition. Appointment of coordinators and interpreters is a burden on the exchequer stand in the petition.

A bench consisting of Chief Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Amir Rana of Balochistan High Court declared the petition admissible and issued notices.

The Balochistan High Court asked the parties to respond by April 6 for the next hearing. The Balochistan High Court has issued notices to all the parties while approving the application for hearing.
