QUETTA: Chairman Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC), Muhammad Salik Khan called on the Deputy Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly, Sardar Babar Musakhail on Wednesday. The BPSC chairman called on the deputy speaker after the Balochistan Assembly demanded of the commission administration to extend the date for the PCS examinations.

Sources in the assembly secretariat said, the deputy speaker conveyed the concern and reservations of candidates to the Chairman of BPSC and demanded an extension in the schedule. The assembly secretariat has already sent a letter to the commission administration in this regard.

The BPSC is all set to hold the PCS examinations on August 17, 2023, in Balochistan. However, the candidates complain that the CSS special examination was also fast-approaching in October and it was not possible for them to get prepared for both competitive examinations at the same time.
