KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari constituted an eight-member parliamentary board with regard to the distribution of tickets for the upcoming general elections in Balochistan.

According to a notification issued by the Secretary-General of PPP, Syed Nayar Hussain Bokhari, the Chairman of PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has appointed Mir Changaiz Jamali, Mir Sadiq Umrani, Ali Madad Jattak, Rozi Khan Kakar, Mir Baz Khetran, Ghazal Gola, Sabir Baloch, and Ali Madad Jattak as members of the parliamentary board.

The provincial election board shall invite divisional and district presidents regarding the distribution of tickets, the notification concluded. The PPP has started its preparations for the upcoming general elections in the country.

The formation of this parliamentary board came after the Election Commission of Pakistan announced that the polls could be held in the last week of January 2024.
