QUETTA: Two people were injured in a gas leakage explosion in the Jinnah Town area of the city. Police sources said the gas leakage blast happened inside a house. The injured were rushed to the Bolan Medical Complex Hospital (BMCH) for medical treatment.
Police said both the injured had suffered burn wounds. The blast also damaged a portion of the house in Jinnah Town. The blast was heard far and wide, causing panic in the area.
This is the first unfortunate gas explosion incident prior to the Winter season in the provincial capital.
