QUETTA: In a shocking incident, unidentified assailants lobbed a grenade attack on a hotel near Quetta railway station on Wednesday, leaving seven people, including children, injured. The attack, which targeted the busy area, sent shockwaves through the city, raising concerns about security.

The injured were rushed to the trauma center of the civil hospital Quetta for medical treatment. Police reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway.

The injured were immediately provided with medical aid and transferred to Civil Hospital Quetta for further treatment. The condition of the victims is reported to be stable, but the attack has left the local community on edge.

Shortly after the first blast, a second explosion occurred near Joint Road, injuring a total of seven people. Authorities have yet to determine the motive behind these attacks, and investigations are ongoing to identify and apprehend those responsible.

Security forces have cordoned off the affected areas, and additional measures are being taken to prevent further incidents. The injured are receiving treatment, and the situation is being closely monitored by law enforcement agencies.
