Rawalpindi, 13 May 2025 – In a tragic turn of events, the Indian Armed Forces launched unprovoked and brutal attacks on the night of 6–7 May 2025, targeting innocent civilians in a blatant violation of international law. The barbaric assault led to the martyrdom of 40 civilians—including 7 women and 15 children—while 121 others sustained injuries, among them 10 women and 27 children.

In a powerful and timely response, the Pakistan Armed Forces initiated Operation Bunyanum Marsoos under the campaign Marka-e-Haq, delivering precise and effective strikes against enemy positions. The military action aimed to defend national sovereignty and deliver justice for the innocent lives lost.

While defending the homeland with extraordinary bravery, 11 Pakistani servicemen embraced martyrdom and 78 others were wounded. Among the fallen heroes were personnel from both the Pakistan Army and the Pakistan Air Force.

The resolve of the nation remains unshakable. Any future aggression against Pakistan’s sovereignty or territorial integrity will be met with a swift, comprehensive, and decisive response.
