Killa Abdullah: Heavy monsoon rains have triggered dangerous flash floods in Qilla Abdullah and Gulistan, causing widespread disruption and loss. In the Habibzai area of Gulistan tehsil, a passenger van carrying 15 people was swept away by a powerful flood current, prompting urgent rescue efforts.

According to district authorities, a truck loaded with food supplies was also carried away by the same floodwaters, increasing concerns over damages and safety in the region. Rescue teams have been deployed and are actively working to save trapped passengers.

Officials have issued a high alert, stating that a high-level flood surge is passing through the Qilla Abdullah stream, leading to the suspension of traffic on the Quetta–Chaman Highway. Key connecting roads to Toba Achakzai, Khanozai, and Gulistan have been completely closed due to flooding.

Additionally, several passenger vehicles have been stranded in rain-fed streams in Pishin and Toba Achakzai. In multiple locations, tractors and vehicles remain trapped in floodwaters, making the situation increasingly critical.
