Quetta: May 13, 2026 — Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Wednesday received a series of meetings with prominent political and social figures at his office in Quetta.

The meetings focused on the overall political situation in the province, matters of mutual interest, and issues related to public welfare and development.

Among those who called on the Chief Minister were National Party President and former Chief Minister Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, Provincial Assembly member Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman, former provincial ministers Nawab Ayaz Jogezai and Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, along with Malik Ghaffar Nasir, Malik Mirza Khan, and Aqsaa Meerwani.

During the meetings, detailed discussions were held on promoting political harmony in the province, accelerating the pace of development, resolving public issues, and matters relating to various ongoing projects.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti stated that the Balochistan government firmly believes in promoting political harmony, mutual consultation, and a culture of reconciliation across the province.

He emphasized that taking all political and social segments along and making joint efforts to resolve public problems remains the top priority of his government.

The Chief Minister reiterated his government’s firm resolve to continue taking every possible step for the progress, stability, and prosperity of Balochistan.
