News Desk: A lady police constable was killed while her husband and son sustained injuries in a terrorist attack in Turbat, triggering strong condemnation from the Government of Balochistan, the provincial government’s spokesperson Shahid Rind Stated.
In a separate incident, renowned Brahui writer and intellectual Professor Ghamkhwar Hayat was shot dead in Noshki, an attack described as a blow to the literary and intellectual values of Balochistan.
Terrorists were attempting to spread fear by targeting women, teachers, and innocent civilians, Shahid Rind said. He termed the attacks acts of open brutality and vowed that those responsible would be brought to justice.
He added that the provincial government and security institutions remained fully committed to eliminating terrorism and restoring peace across the province.
