Angry members reiterate demand for Jam Kamal’s resignation
The angry members reiterated the demand for CM’s resignation. “Jam Sab should quit in a respectable way”, Zahoor Buledi, the finance minister suggested. He said the incumbent CM has failed to address the grievances of the masses. “Protests are the order of the day in Balochistan”, Mr. Buledi said.
The angry members’ press conference has come a day after the incumbent Chief Minister visited the residence of angry members to seek their support. “We respect Jam Sab, but he has to quit”, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran another angry member advised. The angry members mentioned that despite repeated attempts, there were no cracks among them. “Still, we stand united”, Naseebullah Marri who belongs to the Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) said.
Serious differences erupt within BAP
Serious differences erupted within the ruling BAP when the joint opposition submitted a no-confidence motion against Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan on September 16.
There was no immediate response on the part of the CM after the resignation demand made by the angry members. Jam Kamal Khan has repeatedly requested the angry members to end agitation and start performing their duties as ministers, advisers, and parliamentary secretaries.
