Police arrest an accused for making nude videos of girls in Quetta

Police in Quetta have arrested an accused involved in making nude videos of girls in the city’s Nichari road area. “The accused was making videos and then blackmailing girls”, Ejaz Ahmed, a police officer told Quetta Voice on Friday.

The accused was identified as Hidyatullah, a resident of the Nichari road area of Quetta. Police recovered laptops, mobiles, and other devices from the possession of the accused. “Police have undeniable evidence”, Mr. Ahmed mentioned.

The accused was making promises with young girls of providing them jobs, making their videos, and then blackmailing, police said. “There is a gang behind this filthy business”, the police officer stated.

Accused was subjecting girls to inhuman, immoral acts

The accused is a former councilor and was subjecting girls to inhuman, immoral acts. Police stated that the accused was also involved in the kidnapping of two young girls. “We are facing difficulties in arresting remaining members of the gang”, Ejaz Ahmed stated. The members of the gang are influential and enjoy political support, he added.

Police shifted the accused to Quaidabad police station. An inquiry team was also formed to interrogate the accused involved in a series of incidents. The news of his arrest was widely shared on social media platforms and people hailed the police for arresting the culprit and demanding exemplary punishment for the accused.
