All teaching staff attachments cancelled in Balochistan

QUETTA: Balochistan Secondary Education Department has cancelled all teaching staff attachments in the province. Education Minister, Naseebullah Marri announced this decision at a meeting of all districts education officers of the province on Sunday in Quetta.
“The attachments cancelled owing to lack of teachers in government-run schools’, Mr. Marri said. The education department also issued a notification in this regard.

A large number of teachers are on attachments in various office this creating teachers shortage issue.
“This government has decided to ensure presence of teachers in schools’, Mr. Marri told the education officers.
The education ministers warned that strict action would be taken against the absent teachers across the province. He said district education officers would be held responsible for the absence of any teachers.
