QUETTA: The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Balochistan has claimed that 31 doctors and 5 paramedics were tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the province. Increasing cases of doctors have created uncertainty among the health professionals battling the COVID19, Dr. Yasir Achakzai, President YDA told a press conference on Sunday.
He said government-run hospitals were faced with the issue of lack of doctors as doctors have been tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the city.
The doctors demanded of the government to impose 15 days of strict curfew to contain the novel coronavirus in the province. Relaxation in the lockdown has resulted in the increasing number of cases in Balochistan, Dr. Yasir Achakzai noted.
