A massive earthquake jolted various cities in Pakistan and the neighboring countries on Tuesday night. Earthquake tremors were also felt in Quetta, Islamabad, and other parts of the country.

A 6.8 magnitude earthquake of 180 km depth with its epicenter being the Hindu Kush region jolted parts of the country on Tuesday, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department.

There was no immediate report of human loss as a result of the earthquake. A strong earthquake of 6.8 magnitudes jolted several parts of Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan on Tuesday evening
