ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir left for the United States on Sunday, the military’s media wing said. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), this is the first official visit of General Syed Asim Munir to the US as the COAS.
During his visit, General Syed Asim Munir is scheduled to meet the senior military and other government officials of the USA, the ISPR said in a statement issued to the press on Sunday.
