QUETTA: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), arrived in Quetta on Thursday for his second visit to Balochistan since the formation of his party-led coalition government in the province. His arrival was marked by a warm reception from Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti and other provincial ministers, underscoring the strong ties between the PPP leadership and Balochistan’s provincial government.
