In a warm gesture of hospitality, China Shield Company hosted a group of foreign journalists at its suburban Beijing location, offering them a unique culinary experience. The event featured the renowned Chinese dish “Hot Pot” alongside traditional Balochi Saji and Kadi Kabab, reflecting a fusion of cultural traditions and respect for guests.
The journalists were treated to a traditional Chinese hot pot meal, a communal dining experience where a simmering pot of broth is placed at the center of the table. Diners cook an array of ingredients, including thinly sliced meats, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, and seafood, in the flavorful broth, and then dip the cooked pieces into a variety of sauces.
