QUETTA: Shahzaib Rind, the newly crowned World Karate Combat Champion, was warmly welcomed upon his arrival in Quetta today.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, personally received the champion at the airport, marking a proud moment for the province.

Provincial ministers and other dignitaries were also present to honor Shahzaib’s remarkable achievement. Shahzaib Rind clinched the prestigious title by showcasing exceptional skill and determination, bringing home the World Karate Combat Championship trophy.

In a brief address, Chief Minister Bugti praised Shahzaib’s dedication and hard work, stating, “Shahzaib Rind’s victory is a testament to the talent and potential of our youth. His success on the world stage brings immense pride to Balochistan.”

Shahzaib expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and vowed to continue striving for excellence in his sport.
The event concluded with a celebratory procession through the streets of Quetta, where enthusiastic supporters cheered for their local hero.
