Quetta, April 27, 2025 – The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Quetta has announced a revised timetable for the 2025 FA/FSc annual examinations. Originally scheduled to begin on April 22, the exams have been postponed by three weeks and will now commence on May 2, 2025 due to unforeseen administrative challenges.

Acting on directives from Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti and Provincial Education Minister Raheela Hamid Khan Durrani, BISE Chairman Dr. Anwarullah Kakar emphasized that the decision was made with students’ and parents’ well-being in mind. “We understand the stress and uncertainty caused by last-minute changes,” he said. “By allowing extra preparation time, we aim to ensure every student can enter the examination hall with confidence.”

Dr. Kakar reassured stakeholders that all logistical arrangements—from seating plans and invigilation rosters to transportation and examination materials—have been finalized. “Our priority is a smooth, interruption-free examination experience,” he added.

Students have been urged to adjust their study schedules according to the new dates and to reach out to the BISE office for any guidance or support. A dedicated helpline and email service are now available to answer queries on registration issues, center allocations, and exam-day protocols.

With this proactive rescheduling, the Balochistan Board aims to uphold exam integrity while alleviating anxiety for over 100,000 intermediate candidates across the province.
