Harnai: At least three people lost their lives and three others were injured in rain-triggered incidents in the Harnai district of Balochistan.
In the Akhtarabad area, the roof of a house collapsed during heavy rainfall, killing two women and injuring another person.
Separately, in Gochina, rescue teams recovered the body of a nine-year-old boy who was swept away by flash floods.
Earlier, four individuals carried away by floodwaters were pulled out alive — two from the Gochina stream and two from the Harnai Ploseen stream.
So far, Harnai is the only district in Balochistan to have reported casualties during the ongoing spell of monsoon rains.
