Balochistan received international recognition as Arpanga Baryal, a Grade 6 student of Learning House School System, Quetta, secured a Silver Medal at the 7th Copernicus Natural Science Olympiad Global Final held in Houston, United States.

She competed with students from more than 50 countries and proudly represented Pakistan at the prestigious international science competition.

During her visit, Arpanga also explored major educational landmarks in Houston, including the Houston Museum of Natural Science and NASA’s Johnson Space Center, gaining valuable learning exposure beyond the competition.

The Copernicus Natural Science Olympiad is known for promoting scientific thinking, problem-solving, and global awareness among students. Her achievement highlights the growing academic potential of young students from Balochistan and reflects the region’s emerging presence on the global education stage.
