QUETTA: The election petition challenging the validity of candidature of MPA Zarak Khan Mandokhail from PB-42 Quetta-V has been admitted for regular hearing.
The Tribunal today, on 02.11.2026, admitted the petition filed by Shukur Ullah against the returned candidate Zarak Khan Mandokhail.
Admitting the petition, the Tribunal issued notice to respondent Zarak Khan Mandokhail through the Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Balochistan.
Notices were also issued to the learned Advocate General, Balochistan and the learned Additional Attorney General, Pakistan for next date of hearing.
