Bazai to hold the charge of VC BUITEMs

“Mr. Bazai will hold additional charge of HEC acting chairman, besides being VC of BUITEMS”, Dr. Faisal Ahmed Khan Kakar, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor BUITEMS told Quetta Voice.

Mr. Bazai played an important role in the promotion of education in Balochistan. Because of his and other faculty members’ efforts, BUITEMS ranked among one of the top 600 universities of South Asia recently.

BUITEMS established in 2002

Former Governor Balochistan, Justice (R) Amir ul Mulk Mengal had inaugurated the BUITEMS in 2002. Former Governor Balochistan, Owais Ahmed Ghani had played an important role in the establishment of BUITEMS in early 2002. Currently, over 10,000 male and female students are studying at the university located in the western outskirts of Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province. Despite all odds, the varsity kept continued its journey towards progress. It made positive strides in terms of ranking in spite of the worsening law and order situations in the past.
